The Miami University student chapter of Engineers without Borders (EWB) is a student organization that works independently and in association with professional chapters of EWB to develop communities on a local and global scale. EWB supports community-driven development programs worldwide by collaborating with local partners to design and implement sustainable engineering projects, while creating transformative experiences and responsible leaders. Our organization emphasizes integrity, service, collaboration, ingenuity, leadership and safety. EWB-Miami is committed to ensuring that each project improves the quality of life of the community by ensuring that community members are able to build, maintain, operate and further improve the implemented design on a long term basis.
