Miami University touts high first destination success rates and a strong reputation. In support, the Center for Career Exploration and Success continues to grow the Miami University Career Community by encouraging students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents and employers to understand their own vital role in supporting the career development process. CCES strives to be a premier career center nationally, whereby students increasingly land their "A" job or educational placement. We host events, networking opportunities, career fairs and advising appointments to help students compete for highly competitive careers and/or to situate them to become leaders, innovators and well-respected professionals within their chosen industries.
