Wellness Series: Mindfulness Training
As part of our Wellness Series, we invite students to join our Mindfulness Training through a live webcast. Students will have the opportunity to learn what mindfulness is and isn’t, how and why it works, and how sustained practice can grow resilience and adaptability which is crucial for maintaining both physical and emotional wellness in our current environment. Short practices will be interspersed so participants walk away with a mindfulness tool kit they can use anytime, anywhere.
