Abstract:

Eve Hill will explain the Department of Justice's new ADA Title II regulation requiring websites and digital offerings of state & local governments as well as public institutions of higher education to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA. She will address the general rule and its exceptions; she will also discuss how institutions of higher education can best be prepared for compliance with the rule when it goes into effect in 2026.
