The Miami University Symphony Band, conducted by Ryan M. Yahl, will perform a free concert on Wednesday, March 20th at 7:30 pm in Hall Auditorium. The contemporary works on this concert will feature a celebration of life in AYO (Rhapsody for Band) by Katahj Copley, a remembrance for a friend in To the Fullest by Kevin Charoensri, and a work inpired by the train of the same name, Magnolia Star by Steve Daneyew. Works of dance music by Dmitri Shostakovich and Malcom Arnold will also be performed.
