UPDATE - CONCERT CANCELLATION

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Symphony Orchestra Concert scheduled for Dec 4 at Hall Auditorium is cancelled. 

The award-winning MUSO, under the direction of Maestro Ricardo Averbach, presents "Women in Music - A Celebration of Women Composers."

The program includes Jennifer Higdon’s "Blue Cathedral," one of the most frequently  performed works by any living composer worldwide.

Special guest Michael Chertock, Chair of the Piano  Department at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, will perform  Helen Hagan’s "Piano Concerto in C minor."  Chertock has  appeared as soloist with major orchestras including the Boston Pops, Cincinnati Symphony,  Philadelphia Orchestra, Toronto Symphony, and Tokyo Symphony, and is widely recognized  for his expressive artistry and versatility.
