Join us for some fun and relaxation at our annual Stress Less Day!  We'll have therapy dogs, free therapeutic massages, free food, giveaways and prizes, giant board games, crafts, message-writing to friends in distress, geocaching, trivia, healthy snack-making demos, journaling, and more! 


Bring your friends and join the Student Counseling Service and the Suicide Prevention Team, along with numerous student orgs and campus departments, to learn about managing stress and anxiety and improving the emotional health of those in our campus community.
