We all have stress but sometimes that stress can get the better of us. This workshop will help improve your understanding of stress and give you documented ways of managing it effectively.

The Office of Student Wellness and guest hosts from the Student Counseling Service offer weekly virtual mental health workshops! Each week, a staff member will present information on various mental health topics, designed to help improve your emotional well-being.  All at Miami are welcome to register and participate in these workshops.
