The Spinning® program is the original and most popular group cycling class. A motivating group environment, intense training and music that begs your legs to pedal. You’ll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body. Towel and water bottle required for all classes. New patrons are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class to go over correct bike set-up with the instructor.
