About this Event
The focus of this training is to provide participants with the fundamentals of awareness, language, and basic tips on how to be an ally of the LGBTQ+ community. Participants will define common LGBTQ+ terminology, and learn the importance of using inclusive language. In addition, participants will learn ways they can integrate strategies for becoming an active ally of the LGBTQ+ community within their role at the University.
