About this Event
You will be introduced to strategies for managing stress and enhancing study skills during final exams. It combines mindfulness practices like guided meditation and progressive muscle relaxation with metacognitive techniques, such as active recall and creating retrieval cues, to improve learning and memory.
Participants will engage in interactive activities and group discussions to grow their understanding of stress relief during finals week.
