Refresh and Relax Yoga
Find your FIT in this workshop suitable for beginners, those seeking a refresher or slower paced class. Learn safe body alignment, yogic breathing, mental focus and some of the reasoning behind yoga. Class will end with a guided relaxation and meditation. This is a welcoming and quiet class to help you take a break from your busy life. Instructor, Bernadette Unger has been introducing students to yoga since 2002. Please wear clothing that allows movement.
