Racial Equity is a state in which people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds would receive the resources they need to be successful. Racial equity work requires sustained, proactive education and engagement as well as systemic, intentional efforts at micro- and macro-levels. The workshop will provide tools and strategies for having conversations around racial equity.
