erónimo Escudero, originally from Spain, has spent his career in corporate America creating innovative opportunities that facilitate equality and inclusion for Latinos in the United States. He spent 25 years at Procter and Gamble and ultimately served as Senior Brand Director for North America Oral Care Media + Digital Commerce while also launching the highly popular social program known as Capitanes del Futuro. Capitanes del Futuro utilizes the Latino community's passion for soccer to garner meaningful connections that will help propel the program's young participants forward in their future careers by offering access to role models, scholarships, and other important resources necessary for success. Jerónimo now works for Amrak Solutions as Chief Product and Innovation Officer where he continues to strive toward his mission of "pursuing transformative growth while enabling Latino progress in America."
