Spring Reset – Letting Go of Rumination & Resentment is a non-clinical mental health workshop focused on helping participants understand and release thought patterns that can keep us stuck. The session will explore what rumination is, why feelings of resentment toward people or situations can develop, and how these experiences affect our well-being. Participants will learn practical ways to acknowledge these thoughts and emotions with awareness and compassion, while building simple strategies to move forward with greater clarity during the spring season.
