About this Event
View mapApril is Ohio Native Plant Month. With growing interest in pollinator gardens, prairies,
and native shrubs and trees, McGuffey House and Museum is hosting three panelists
who will discuss these topics and address commonly asked plant questions. People
want to know what varieties to plant, where to plant them and where to get native
species. The panelists include Megan Croswell, Miami University horticulturist, Richard
Munson, retired director of the Conservatory at Miami University’s Hamilton campus,
and Gwen Pietzuch, President of the Des Fleurs Garden Club, Oxford. The program is
free and open to the public.
