Mindful Yoga with Deb

Break up the work day with a fun blend of yoga that will release tension in your body, calm your mind and soothe your spirit. The class begins with getting grounded and setting an intention for your day. The Poses are a mix of standing (to warm up, loosen and stretch), chair yoga (perfect for in office) and final guided meditation on the mat (or you you can stay in the chair for savasana). We combine intentional movement of the breath with slow gentle movements of the body throughout the session. The type of yoga I teach is Subtle Yoga Inspired and is associated with nervous system healing. It's a mid day refresher that releases all tension.  This is an 8-week workshop.
