Meditative Yoga 101
Meditation is easier than you think. Join this easy-going class and enjoy some quiet time. Inspired by yoga, this class will include mindful movement, breath observation, & guided meditation. Appropriate for new beginners and those seeking to meditate in a group. Participants are encouraged to wear layers to assure they will be comfortable. Completely disconnect during this time to allow for complete concentration and relaxation.
