Meditation & Mindfulness Practice

Join this group every Saturday as they explore ways to incorporate mindfulness into our daily lives. The upcoming sessions will include awareness of the breath and body during meditation. There will also be mindful movement, eating, and visualization meditations as well as time for discussion. Walk-ins are welcome.

Parking information: Free parking after 5 pm! Free 2-hour parking all day at the McDulin Garage (next to Jim's Tire & Auto Services; 113 N 3rd St, Hamilton, OH 45011)
