Medical Missions: A talk by Dr. James Bertz, D.D.S., M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. James Bertz (Miami class of 1956), is a humanitarian and an internationally recognized expert in correction of facial deformities, including cleft palate. An oral maxillofacial surgeon by training, Dr. Bertz has taught extensively at the University of Texas Health Science Center as Professor of Surgery and lectured throughout the US and internationally in his area of expertise.
Please join us as he discusses his mission trips where he has served over 3,000 patients, many of which were children with facial deformities.
