In this public talk, Gen. Mark Arnold (U.S. Army, retired) will share his first-hand observations of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and reflect on the U.S. role in promoting democracy abroad.  General Arnold -- a former Special Forces Green Beret and frequent public commentator on U.S. national security issues -- has traveled on numerous occasions to Ukraine over the past year to deliver supplies to front-line medical personnel.
