About this Event
Members of Miami Middletown’s Geology Club and Tammie L. Gerke, teaching professor in Geology at Miami University, will discuss the fossils of the region and explain why we are known as one of the best locations for upper Ordovician fossil preservation in the world. Learn key tips for finding these fossils at the outcrop, and MUM Geology Club members will help you identify what you find. You may keep all the fossils you collect! Reservations are required by Nov. 18. Directions and a map will be provided to those that RSVP.
