Kettering Health will be on Miami Oxford's campus on 9/20 from 11:30am - 1pm in the Oxford Clinical Health Sciences & Wellness Facility to speak with senior nursing students. We will speak on our Contingency Hire process and how to apply. Our Contingency Hire process allows students to interview & shadow on units they are interested in and potentially receive an offer prior to their senior preceptorship. Once an offer is accepted, we would guarantee the preceptorship placement of the student on the unit they accepted. This allows the students to receive early exposure and experience on the unit so they are more prepared when transitioning into their RN position.
