Intro to Yoga
This workshop is suitable for beginners, those seeking a refresher or slower
paced class, or individuals who would like to understand yoga’s popularity. Learn what to expect in a
yoga class, basics of safe body alignment, yogic breathing and some of the reasoning behind yoga.
Participants will have the opportunity to try basic poses & breathing techniques and ask questions. Class
will end with a guided relaxation. Instructor, Bernadette Unger has been introducing students to yoga
since 2002. Please wear clothing that allows movement.
