Knowing the team member or a recruiter can help you learn about the role, and the company and potentially put you on the hiring manager's radar.

Networking can be a daunting task. It is important to know where to start, what to look for, and how to talk with various people to be successful. In this session, Miami University senior Ben Kaufman '24 (History & Economics) will share his strategies for successful networking that are repeatable and can be used across any industry or role.
