Guerilla Opera is a punk ensemble that is deeply committed to the principles of social justice. To be punk is to embody art that emerges from the need of those who feel oppressed to challenge the status quo, question authority, and advocate for individual rights and equality. The spirit of punk culture is the reason we were founded - the fight for systemic change through rebellious works of opera theater.
