Faculty and staff interested in opportunities teaching and researching abroad can attend an information session on the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program.
The session is hosted by Global Initiatives.
Fulbright Scholar alumni Michelle Navakas, professor of English, and Thomas Misco, professor of Teaching, Curriculum, and Educational Inquiry and director of Graduate Studies, will speak on their Fulbright experiences in Denmark and Singapore, respectively.
Established by the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Fulbright enables professionals and academics to teach, conduct research, and pursue projects in more than 140 countries worldwide with the goal of promoting intercultural understanding.
