Fresh Start Tobacc-Free Virtual Classes 

New virtual format for fall due to COVID-19 safety measures. Participants will complete this 4, 60 min session class in a group conference call that can be joined via phone or computer.  Register in your Healthy Miami account or by calling 9-0881. 

Open to Miami employees, spouses, and dependents (18+). Qualifies for the Tobacco-Free step of the Healthy Miami Premium Discount Program. 

Miami faculty/staff are permitted to complete a tobacco cessation option on university time - please consult with your supervisor prior to participation
