Join us for an engaging conversation with Ashley Forman, Producing Artistic Director of Precipice Theater Team, an organization focused on creating meaningful, story-driven artistic experiences that explore identity, empathy, and social impact.

Precipice Theater Team brings together artists, educators, and communities to develop original work across theater, film, and visual art. Their collaborative, autobiographical approach centers personal experiences as a way to spark dialogue, challenge perspectives, and build understanding across diverse communities.

In this session, Ashley will share her career journey, including her 20+ years at Arena Stage (Washington, D.C.), where she led education initiatives and created the internationally recognized devised theater program, Voices of Now. She’ll also discuss her work with communities around the world and how storytelling can be used as a tool for connection, advocacy, and change.

If you’re interested in theater, storytelling, community engagement, or careers that blend creativity with impact, this is a great opportunity to learn more.
