The Literature Program presents its latest all-day Marathon Reading event! From sun-up to sundown, join us as we read and celebrate the works of poet Emily Dickinson. Students, faculty, alumni, and guests from all departments and programs are cordially invited to pick out a reading slot (or two) between 8am to 8pm. Readers get a chance to win some fabulous Dickinson-themed prizes!

This event will take place in the South Quad, the lawnspace just north of Harris Hall. In inclement weather, find us in Harris Hall's "Great Hall" room. Readers and listeners are encouraged to invite friends, colleagues, and classmates as we relax. Refreshments and snacks will be available throughout the day. We may even be graced with the Spirit of Emily Dickinson's presence!

This event is sponsored by the Department of English - Literature Program, the Western Center for Social Impact and Innovation, the Hefner Museum of Natural History, and the Department of Theatre.
