To honor students receiving the doctoral degree, the Graduate School holds a ceremony celebrating the successful completion of their studies. The hooding ceremony is a special occasion and students are encouraged to invite their friends and family members to the event.

For the August 2023 graduation, Doctoral candidates who complete their degrees by the August 2023 deadlines are invited to participate in the Hooding Ceremony on Friday, Aug. 11, 2023 at 4:00 pm in the Armstrong Pavilion.
