The Center of Career Exploration and Success invites you to join us in welcoming Alumna Jessica Rathke. Jessica holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and German from Miami University. Jessica also completed post-graduate German studies at the University of Salzburg. Recognized as one of the leading figures in languages services, Jessica has 32 years of successful global sales and marketing experience in the language services sector, an industry that provides translation, interpreting and other services to global companies and governments and she also manages a team of Shanghai-based salespeople for aBridge Cultural Consultants and provides cross-cultural training to global business leaders. She is currently Principal at FluentSales LLC, a consultancy that helps global translation

companies increase revenue through sales training and consulting. She has trained and consulted with translation companies in over 50 countries and is a frequent speaker at language services events around the world. Jessica enjoys competitive swimming, Pilates and international travel. She recently returned to southwestern Ohio after living in London, England for nearly 20 years.
