 gainst various groups of people who have been demonized and scapegoated as 
 the dangerous Other.  Unfortunately\, this ugly history continues to haunt 
 the present moment. The recent murders of Chung Park\, Hyun Jung Grant\, Su
 ncha Kim\, Yong Ae Yue\, Delaina Ashley Yaun\, Paul Andre Michels\, Xiaojie
  Tan\, and Daoyou Feng in Atlanta\, Georgia have called attention to the si
 gnificant and aggressive surge in violence against the Asian\, Asian Americ
