Stress is a normal and healthy human experience. However, many local, national, and world events may be impacting your ability to cope. Join us for a discussion about factors such as

  • - living in the 4th year of a global Covid-19 pandemic
  • - living through a pandemic of racism
  • - threats/attacks on fundamental rights

Audience members are encouraged to participate in the discussion, led by staff from the Student Counseling Service and the Office of Student Wellness.  This is a hybrid program (in-person and virtual) and is offered as part of Stress Less Week.
