Recipient of hundreds of honors, including the Nobel Peace Prize, the U.S. Presidential Medal of Freedom, the French Legion of Honour, and “Time Magazine’s” Person of the Year Award, Walesa will reflect on post-soviet Eastern Europe and how events there will shape the futures of the world’s democracies. Question and answer session after the lecture.
