Student Counseling Service is excited to offer weekly Live Webinar Workshops! Each week, one of our staff will offer 20-30 minute presentations on different mental health topics. All at Miami are welcome to register and watch the workshops. Join us and learn helpful information on a variety of topics!
This workshop is for students who struggle with sleep issues related to stress, anxiety, or other mental health-related problems. Students will learn more about sleep in general as well as ways to improve sleep quality & hygiene.
