Mindful Moments will be a time to discuss the benefits of mindfulness practices into your daily life. Mindfulness practices can be used to achieve stress reduction, improve focus and just sit with your ever day thoughts. This will be an introduction into the benefits of a daily mindful practice. All are welcome to attend. No experience needed. Just join us and participate in this educational experience.
