About Leora
Leora Bernard is Head of Giving at Inevitable Foundation and is devoted to employing equitable, modernized, and socially responsible philanthropic practices. She has several years of experience as a nonprofit professional and has committed her career to community engagement, convening stakeholders, system change, and exploring innovative approaches to improving access and quality care to at-risk populations.
Prior to work at Inevitable she ran major gifts at one of the largest United Ways in the country. Leora has also consulted with a number of government agencies and guest lectured with many institutions on topics surrounding disability and philanthropy. As well as, worked for other nonprofit organizations, some being the Autism Alliance of Michigan, LADD, The Holocaust Museum and Memorial Center, Heaven, and Hillel International. She sits on a number of nonprofit boards and committees, and is passionate about the future of the nonprofit sector.
