About this Event
221 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011
Perhaps you've heard the stories. In October 1933, the Dillinger Gang arrived in Hamilton where they hid out and planned to break famed motorized bandit John Dillinger out of jail. Join Brad Spurlock, Manager of the Smith Library of Regional History and board member for the Butler County Historical Society (BCHS), and Historic Hamilton, Inc. to learn about how local individuals came to play an integral role in Dillinger's story and discover which local Dillinger tales are true and which might be myth. The presentation is a collaboration between BCHS and Lane Libraries.
