About this Event
421 S. Campus Ave., Oxford, OH 45056
In this non-clinical mental health workshop, students will explore the role connection plays in overall well-being and the mixed feelings that can come up when trying to build or maintain relationships. The session will cover why connection is important for mental health, common barriers such as social anxiety or busy schedules, and how vulnerability can strengthen relationships. Students will learn practical, low-pressure ways to meet new people, deepen existing relationships, and maintain meaningful connections over time.
