About this Event
This workshop briefly discusses anxiety and the nervous system, and introduces several breathing techniques for reducing anxiety.
The Office of Student Wellness and guest hosts from the Student Counseling Service offer weekly virtual mental health workshops! Each week, a staff member will present information on various mental health topics, designed to help improve your emotional well-being.
