The Benefits & Wellness fair will feature dozens of benefits and community vendors along with various Miami departments, all offering useful health and wellness resources.

You can receive a free flu shot on-site, collect complimentary giveaways, and participate in raffles.

Throughout the day, you can attend information sessions to learn more about key topics: 

• 10:00 a.m.- Financial Planning with Captrust: Learn how to access free financial advice
• 11:00 a.m.- FSA & HSA with Chard Snyder: Get the most from your plan by understanding the difference between an HSA and an FSA.
• 1:00 p.m.- Medical Plans with Anthem: Open enrollment is just around the corner! Understand your health plan options, including the PPO and HDHP. 
• 2:00 p.m.- Healthy Miami with Health Advocate: Find out how to earn your Healthy Miami credits and stay on track with your wellness goals. 

This is the time of the year when you have the opportunity to make changes to your benefit selections for the plan year beginning January 1, 2026.

If you do not make benefit changes during the 2025 open enrollment period, your current benefits (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary selections) will continue in 2026. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions must be elected during open enrollment, the 2025 contributions cannot be automatically rolled over for 2026.
