Ask Me Anything: Coffee Chat with TFA Members
Virtual Session
Our AMA event is an informal way to engage with the Teach For America community in a virtual setting. Several of our current corps members will host small coffee chats to share about why they joined the corps, their experience getting prepared to teach and teaching, what they plan to do as an alum... and really anything you're curious to ask! All attendees will get a $10 GrubHub gift card to grab a drink and a treat for their virtual coffee chat! Below is a list of the alumni who are hosting group chats: • Luke Clair-Ficko (Indianapolis '20) - Indiana University alum who studied secondary education; Former Lead Undergraduate Lab Assistant for the College of Education • Gabby Gentile (Bay Area '20) - Michigan State University alum who studied public policy, with a minor in international development; Former Executive Board Member of the Refugee Outreach Collective • Ashley Harris (Chicago '20) - Grand Valley State University alum who studied criminal justice; Former President of the Black Student Union and Vice President of the Almighty International Movement • Jorge Ibarra (Miami-Dade '20) - Wheaton College alum who studied communications with a concentration in rhetoric and culture and a minor in Spanish; Former college athlete and leader of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes
