Art and Wellness at Miami University (at the Art Museum)  [FOR MIAMI UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ONLY]

Unwind and explore your creativity at our therapeutic art experience! Drop in at your convenience—whether for a few minutes or the entire session—and immerse yourself in an art experience tailored to a new theme each month and new activities each session.

This program is designed and facilitated by Miami students, creating a safe and welcoming space for self-expression, reflection, and connection. No artistic experience is necessary! Just come as you are and get crafty!

This month, we hope to demonstrate how your community plays a big role in your development and how you also impact the community!

Using various materials/mediums, create a collage of your community/social circles (the self, school, family, society, etc). Reflect on how they are connected and demonstrate that within your collage!
