Al Cady, professor of Biological Sciences at Miami University Regionals, will take us on a journey through the inner workings of common but largely unknown animals.

These spiny-skinned animals appear to be simple and primitive, but the sea stars, sea urchins, and sea cucumbers are distant ancestors of vertebrates and show advanced behaviors. They are the definition of slow & steady wins the race.
