Develop skills to position yourself to be a powerful voice for yourself, your community, and organizations at Miami and beyond. Learn how to navigate issues of power and act to provide equitable opportunities in all settings. 

Complete the core modules and then select two additional modules that most interest you and you receive a certificate. The more you complete you can receive multiple certificates. 

Redhawk Equity Leadership Series (RELS), is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is a cultural competency certificate. This initiative will help participants to develop tools and competencies to advance equity and inclusive excellence in their personal and professional lives.
