This interactive event will engage attendees at different "action stations" to learn how to use language to make their voices heard. Stations will include voter information on new ID laws, what's on the ballot in November, how to write op eds, how to write and give testimony, how to make phone calls to representatives, and more. Attendees will play "Action for Democracy Bingo" to win prizes, including an iPad. This is a non-partisan event. Everyone is welcome.
