Luxembourgish students at Miami invite everyone to come out and try traditional luxembourgish Gromperekichelcher (potato pancakes) and homemade applesauce! Gromperekichelcher are associated with every celebration throughout the year; they are sold on Christmas markets, on farmers markets, on  our national holiday etc. The potato pancakes are traditionally eaten with apple sauce and are made of onions, potatos, flour,  salt and pepper, butter, parsley, shallots, garlic and eggs.
