The Miami University Economics Department will host Dr. Rajeev Darolia for a conversation about his experience serving as the Chief Economist at the U.S. Department of Education. This event is free and open to ALL Miami University students, faculty, staff, and community members.

When he is not engaged in public service, Dr. Darolia is a Professor of Public Policy and Economics at the University of Kentucky Martin School of Public Policy and Administration, where he holds the Wendell H. Ford Professorship. His research agenda includes questions about how public policy affects educational decisions and outcomes, and more broadly, economic mobility and financial security.
