With Ann Updike, Associate Director of the HCWE, and guests

As we enter another semester of remote teaching, Zoom meetings, and continued uncertainty around the pandemic, a practice of self-care will become even more important to get us through. Join colleagues on three Wednesdays in February and March to discuss readings on topics such as the impacts of stress, the importance of self-care, the benefits of various self-care practices, and other topics of interest to the group. The readings and discussion are intended to help us care for ourselves (and thus others) in order to relieve stress and encourage concentration, creativity, and resilience. Each session will also include time to practice what we are learning. All sessions will take place on Zoom, from 2:50PM—4:10PMYou need not attend all sessions.
